These Delicious Chocolate Chip Candy Bars are so delicious and nutritious! You never need to settle for an unhealthy bland boring candy bar ever again!
They taste as good as candy bars and are packed with so many nutrients. These yummy treats are sweetened with dates, honey, and stevia-sweetened chocolate chips.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Medjool dates, packed
1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 cup Almond or Cashew Butter
1 cup Almonds, roasted, chopped and unsalted,
2 cups Rolled oats
1 cup Dark chocolate stevia sweetened chips
1 cup Dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
Instructions
✔️ Process chopped almonds in a food processor for an additional minute, pulsing as needed. It should form a "dough" like consistency. You can also roll these into a ball. If using a blender, add a splash of water if needed to get it going.

✔️ Process half the oats until ground, leaving the other half whole.
✔️ Place oats, almonds, chocolate chips, cranberries (or raisins), and dates in a bowl and set aside.
✔️ Warm honey, vanilla, and nut butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
✔️ Stir and pour over the oat mixture and then mix, breaking up the dates to disperse throughout.
✔️ Mix in the dark chocolate chips and the dried cranberries (or raisins).
✔️ Once thoroughly mixed, transfer to an 8x8 dish or other small pan lined with parchment paper so they lift out easily.
✔️ Press down with force until uniformly flattened.
✔️ Cover with parchment or plastic wrap, and let set in the fridge or freezer for 15-20 minutes to harden.
✔️ Remove bars from pan and chop into 10 even bars.
✔️ Store in an airtight container.
